Members of the LGBT community often contact The Center looking for LGBT-friendly health-care providers. Adding your business to the Link online database makes you easily accessible to those potential patients, and gives you the opportunity to become a trusted resource. Joining Link is free to you; accessing it is free to the community.
If you’re a physical or mental health-care provider and would like to apply for inclusion in the Link database, simply complete the provider application by clicking here. Please have your licensure information ready as it will be needed when you apply to be on our provider list. We run occasional checks through the State of Colorado to verify that provider license information is accurate and up-to-date.
