Visitors will travel from Denver Metro, Boulder, Southern Wyoming and Nebraska making this a unique celebration for the Rocky Mountain Region LGBT community and its allies. Vendor Insurance Instructions
We have a new exciting program for all Easyrider vendors!!!
We have created a website that allows you to forget about the trouble of filling out a paper application, faxing or emailing it back and then waiting for your certificate.
With our new website, you simply enter your information, and you will get your certificate emailed to you, in most cases, within 24 hours. No muss no fuss.
So, simply follow the directions below and you will have the freedom to enter as many or as few events as you choose, whenever you choose.
Please visit the website at https://securevendorinsurance.com/henryham
1. Pick the Easyrider event you are attending from the drop down menu on the first page.
2. Enter your contact information – first & last name
3. Enter the name of your company ( Inc, dba, LLC or just an individual name)
4. When you see the question:
“Is the Policyholder a separate entity from the Contact Person”:
If the contact person and the company name are exactly the SAME, please answer “NO”
If the contact person and the company name are DIFFERENT please answer “YES”
5. Please enter your mailing address, phone number and email.
6. Press “Continue”
7. Describe what you are exhibiting (ie. table, chairs, selling T shirts)
8. Please pick the vendor type from the drop down list
9. Please answer the Underwriting Questions.
***For most, all three answers will be “NO”, but please answer honestly.***
10. Press “Continue”
That’s it….you may now just click the “Continue” button. You will enter your credit card info, and your application will be submitted for review.
Once approved, you will have the certificate emailed to you in about 24 hours. If you do not receive your certificate in the 24 hour time frame, PLEASE give me a shout.
This is a new system, and we are trying to make sure things flow as quickly and easily as possible.
